About Me

With 25 years of personal, professional, business and investment experience I have a wealth of knowledge to help you get where you want to go.  My background includes 10 years in Banking plus 15 years as a Loan Officer.  I have personally bought, sold and invested in Oregon properties for over 25 years.

I offer most types of Home Loans: Zero down, VA conventional loan, VA Jumbo and USDA Guaranteed 100% financing loans. FHA, Conventional Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, and Jumbo. Second (2nd) homes and investment purchases, Fannie Mae Foreclosed Properties as well as Construction and renovation loans. I also do refinances on all of those loans types as well.  I love working with first time homebuyers.  I specialize and do extremely well with relocations (out of state or within).  Those can be tricky and require a unique understanding of all the logistics involved.  Want to sell and buy another home, closing simultaneously the same day? I can do that and have closed them successfully many times.  Want to Refinance to lower your monthly payment or get rid of mortgage insurance?  Let me look things over to make sure it’s a good financial decision – sometimes the best thing to do is not to refinance.  Need cash out on your home’s equity?  Again, let me go over this with you. I will analyze for you, discuss options and provide that honest feedback and explain why.  Your trust is of the utmost importance.  If I don’t do the best at the type of loan you need, I will refer you to that specialist.

No matter what the type of loan you qualify for, I will help you get ready to buy at no cost to you.  I am commission only, you will never write a check to me.  I am paid only if the loan closes, based on my volume, not on your rate, so it behooves me to shop the loan for you choosing the best rates and the lowest fees while advising what is best in your specific situation.  My experience includes helping individuals who have experienced fraud, preparing those who are credit challenged or otherwise need honest guidance with preparing to purchase a primary home or investment. Self-employed? Me too, so I understand the unique challenges involved with this type of income.  You might buy in the next year or two but don’t know how to get ready? I will help you get ready for free and advise on the best steps for grants, classes, loan options, payment samples, and general information.  I feel it is my duty to educate the consumer on what is usually their biggest investment of their lives.
